Golden Valley Estates is a gated community located in Golden Valley Township, Rutherford County, North Carolina.  Golden Valley Estates has stunning views of sunsets and sunrises providing a peaceful, laid-back mountain life.  We are a short drive to several attractions such as Lake Lure, Forest City, and Tryon International Equestrian Center .
